Mike Bites suffer a major setback- Mike Tysons Ear Shaped Weed Gummies banned in this US State

Boxing legend Mike Tyson is doing well with Tyson ranch and his marijuana business, especially with his recently launched product, Mike Bites, a gummy shaped like a bitten ear, referring to Tyson’s infamous year bite in his 1997 title rematch against Evander Holyfield. However, Mike Bites might face a major blow for reasons that marijuana is still taking time to be accepted all over the United States.

Tyson is retired from professional boxing since June 2005, however, Tyson has shown his interest in exhibition fights and has also fought against Roy Jones Jr. not so long ago in November 2020. Tyson was rumoured to fight Paul brothers, Logan and Jake on different occasions at one point in time but the deal never came to fruition. Regardless, Tyson is also and mostly known for him hosting various people at his ranch by getting them into his podcast Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson.

Mike Tyson’s ear gummies to be reshaped in “T” form for validity in Colorado

Recently, Mike Bites, the aforementioned recently launched marijuana-based product by Tyson, got banned in Colorado. This comes in the execution of a law founded in 2016. The law prohibits marijuana edibles from being shaped like humans, animals, fruit or other objects that could attract children, and according to the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division, Holyfield’s chomped ear is just too damn attractive. The vegan, ear-shaped edibles are “directly applicable” to the law banning human body part shapes, according to MED communications director Shannon Gray. [h/t Westword]

However, because of that law, Mike Bites will be manufactured in the shape of a “T” in Colorado, according to Tyson 2.0. The gummies are expected to be in Colorado recreational dispensaries before the end of the summer, a company spokeswoman adds. [h/t Westword] What do you make of Tyson’s Mike Bites having this setback? Have you tried the product for yourself yet? Also, who do you see Tyson face in the next boxing exhibition match, or do you want to see him fight at all?
